How can drinking more water help prevent UTI's
How much water do you drink a day? Is there always a glass sitting on your desk as a reminder to drink more? One way to assess if you are drinking enough is to look at the colour of your urine. Is it dark or pale? The darker the urine is in colour, the more dehydrated you are and the more water you should be drinking. One or two glasses a day is not enough.
Benefits to water:

How can it help with UTI's (Urinary tract infections)?
Commonly, most people are dehydrated and need to drink more water. Water can help UTI's by flushing your system out, washing away all those nasty bugs that cause the UTI's. By having less UTI's, you are also reducing the number of antibiotics you need, as UTI's are treated with antibiotics.
Tips to drinking more water:
Always have a glass on your desk or a drink bottle with you
Put a reminder on your phone or computer
Try fruit or lemon in your water, avoid juice and soft drink
Mark it in your dairy to keep a tally of your consumption
Make it a priority, too many of us don't prioritise our health until we are unwell, which is too late
